Weigh in Wednesday week 1

Today is going to be my weekly weigh-in and progress chart.

Weight loss = 0.0lbs loss (no gain though)

Goals
water- 64 oz a day minimum = so far so good
veggies at least 3 servings a day = yep, doing good on this one
exercise at least 20 min each day = Sunday I gave a baby shower and did 10 min on the exercise tramp but then the last two days have walked 4 miles each day and plan on that the next two days as well.  I am hoping the weather holds up for a while.  I love walking outdoors in the sunshine!

  1. Heidi. I am proud of you and I am sure you are proud of yourself for making yourself a top priority. I lost about 30lbs. 7 years ago and have kept it off. I run a lot now and do P90X and eat lots of veggies. I have another blog too...about my 1/2 marathon training...too funny that so many of us struggle with this aspect of our lives. We are only human damnit! LOL.

  2. Heidi, I admire your efforts and admire your blogging about it. I, too, am working on weightloss. I've been walking every morning and doing some other exercises with resistance bands. I'm trying to eat more healthfully, too. The pounds aren't melting off, but I already feel better, knowing that I'm moving more, eating less, eating better foods and heading in the right direction. Good luck with your efforts!!! I'll be here cheering you on all the way!
